Welcome !

Ali Crawford and John Carpmael at Boyton Fete

So sorry to have to say that Ali died on 8th July, 2022.

The website will be updated shortly

We live and work in the United Kingdom, close to Woodbridge in Suffolk.

John Carpmael is a teacher of the Alexander Technique and he also creates Stained Glass panels. And he has written a book on the Alexander Technique called “Wake Up & Notice with Interest”, which is available as a paperback or as a Kindle ebook: go to the Amazon Kindle webpage.

He has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1993. He works from home in Boyton and at the Sole Bay Health Centre in Reydon. However, currently – during the Covid-19 pandemic – he is not able to continue teaching, as the work involves close contact between pupil and teacher.

He closed his Homeopathy practice in 2017.

You can contact him by phone on 01394 411174 or by email to john@redskybluemoon.co.uk

Ali Crawford no longer teaches the Alexander Technique, and she stopped teaching Tai Chi at the end of March, 2019 and passed the class in Knodishall into the capable hands of Brian Lowry.

Please contact Brian for further details by emailing to martha1950@hotmail.com or phoning: 07805 001 313

If you would like to find out more about the Alexander Technique, or Stained Glass; or if you would like to know more about John please do click on the titles at the top of the page.

We live at The Smithy, Boyton, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP12 3LW.

Boyton is about 15 minutes drive from Woodbridge, between Hollesley and Butley.

PS In case you were wondering, our website takes its name from our two dogs, Red and Blue, who are more formally known as Red Sky and Blue Moon.
